As an ADHD girlie, stress and distraction have often foiled my best-laid plans for work and play.

Getting out of my head and into my body feels impossible some days. It’s probably why I enjoy intentional sensuality, which helps me get more present in the moment.

The benefits sensuality brings to sex are obvious, but these practices calm my anxiousness and improve my focus at work and social events, too.

Sensual practices are essential to my own sexual, relational, and even professional well-being.

My clients find them helpful as well, using them to reduce stress, boost libido, enhance orgasm, and reconnect with their authentic desires in and out of the bedroom.
