I think you nailed it! It certainly wasn't the intent in our case, and yet...it happened anyway. It certainly made things very scary for a while, and I'm quick to tell others that it was just as likely that the original relationship wouldn't survive the upset at the time.

Yet it did! And we grew and learned and loved a lot. While feelings are not the 'goal' in hotwifing, and are actively avoided, it's important to remember that we don't always call the shots (at least in my experience).
