Before we dive into the climactic details, there are a few important things you need to know before beginning an orgasm conditioning practice.

1. You Need an Easy-O

Orgasm conditioning is not for someone who has a hard time reaching climax. If someone doesn’t already have a reliable way to reach climax, and it isn’t because you’re already playing with orgasm denial, work on that first.
